What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
Depending on the weather here in Stockholm, my disc golf routine could look very different. I like to either go for a round at some local courses or get field practice in, focusing on accuracy and precision with different types of shots. I try to putt for about 15-20 minutes a day, either indoors or outdoors and go to the gym about 3-4 times a week, working on strength training.
Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc?
I absolutely love throwing the Lots. It can be released on hyzer, flat or anhyzer to shape that perfect shot in a tight wooded course.
What is your best disc golf memory?
There are so many but one that stands out is getting 1st place at the first ever women’s team championship here in Sweden 2021.
Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic?
When I am not playing disc golf, I am often working in a research lab that focuses on neuropsychiatric/neurodegenerative disorders. I very much enjoy singing and look forward to having open mic nights with friends like I used to do back in college. I can also do a pretty good impersonation of Shakira’s singing voice!
