What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
Since I work early hours, I usually manage to squeeze in an hour or two of course maintenance before it´s time for my weekly commitments with the disc golf club I´m a member in. Two nights a week we practice drives, upshots and puts in different groups divided by experience and skill and I help out as much as I can, as instructor and coach. And once a week I also take part in our local tour.
Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc
As many of the other team players, I hold Berg high as one of the best approach discs on the market. But I also have to mention Rask, which might be one of the most fun utility discs I have ever thrown. It´s super fast and crazy overstable and always draws attention when it does its thing.
What is your best disc golf memory?
I have so many great memories from both the casual rounds with my friends in my youth and from the many tournaments I have played, but also from the many happy and thankful players I have helped out over the years with their throwing technique, disc selection and strategy on the course.
Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic
I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, hiking, camping, rock climbing in the summers and ice skating on the frozen lakes during the winters. And since being a chef is my calling in life, adventures that I participate in always comes with good food and beverages, which makes being outdoors even more pleasant.
