What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?

Practice every day monday to friday. Going trainingrounds and fieldpractice different shots. Powerwalk. Eat as healthy as possible.

Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc

Glow Reko for short drives. A disc that you can really trust. Put it on any line and it will hold it. Glow Kaxe and Kaxe Z for controlled fairway shots. Glow Grym X, a distance driver that you know are gonna hold the line and then come back at the end.

What is your best disc golf memory?

As an 885-rated player on my first PDGA year 2011 I managed to win the Open division in Norrlandstouren (Sweden Nordic Tour) in Sundsvall with 76 players. I just enjoyed to play and didn’t feel nervous at all.  I won it after sudden death against Per Gylle who at that point was a part of Team Latitude.

Another great memory was from the summer 2016 at the weekly competition on my home course in Gävle where I managed to set a new course record at -12 (44). That was the best golf I have ever played. After a season with back problems I had almost recovered my back, and I was just so happy that I could play without pain, so it was just like the throws throwed themselves. And I just felt so much harmony being there in the nice warm evening and enjoy playing. The other players gave me a standing ovation after the round.

Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic

I’m a music producer and a really good guitarist. I have studied in a Jazz school and have been nominated for a couple of music awards.
