What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?

Putting is my biggest weakness so that I do 5 days/weekabout 15-20 min/time. Then field work with both forehand and backhand, long and short throws, I practice to improve everything.

Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc

Have all molds but not in all plastics in my bag but my favorite is The K2 Berg, love how it sits in my hand and the amount of power it can take. Wouldn’t trade that combo for anything. Use it for all holes under 85m, regardless of angles.

What is your best disc golf memory?

The dream when I win Worlds.
