What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
It differs a lot depending on if it is a practice, tournament prep, or competition. I like to cycle the different types of shots I practice each day so that I am always maintaining the different types of strokes I use during tournament play. Putting never gets a day off.
Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc?
It may be a little comical, but honestly, K3 Berg immediately added a new dimension to my short game. It has drastically minimized the margin of errors for both my backhand and forehand. Also, being a spin putter I am loving the Berg as a putting putter. The disc slows down before hitting the chains, and when I miss it leaves me with a very short comeback
What is your best disc golf memory?
Waking up the second day of the European Championships at Konopiste 2021 and checking the scores.
Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic?
I love playing beach volleyball! Before I started playing disc golf, I competed on a pretty high level as a junior in Sweden. Being 6´1 I was destined to play defense, but I loved analyzing the opponent’s different tendencies and digging hard spikes. Also, the comradery with your partner and other players was great, and the atmosphere on and around the court is something I really enjoyed!
