What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?

My fiancé Charlotte Towle and I are on the pro tour full time in the United States this year and loving it! I wake up every day and stretch then putt on our basket. Every week presents a different set of new and challenging courses. We’ll typically get in 2 rounds on Monday, 1 or 2 on Tuesday, then usually some light field work and putting on Wednesday before our first tournament round on Thursday.

Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc.

I can’t get enough of my Berg. I come from an Ultimate Frisbee background, and the Berg has been the best forehand approach disc I’ve found yet. I’ve had a couple throw ins with it.

What is your best disc golf memory?

In late 2015 I competed in a two-round tournament in Bailey, Colorado at a gorgeous mountain course. I came back from 4 strokes behind during the second round, and after a lapse of focus, I tied for 1st rather than winning by one stroke. As the sun was setting I sank a 10 meter putt on the first playoff hole to secure the win in front of a large gallery of friends.

Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic.

One of my talents is that I can backflip off of walls. When I’m not throwing plastic I like to woodwork, and spend some time learning guitar and music production.
