What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
In the summer I’m on the course whenever I have time! Normally my routine consists of a few rounds and putting practice, but I’m going to add more field practice and more putting practice to my weekly routine. In the winter I go to the gym and do some cross-country skiing which I enjoy!
Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc
My favorite Kastaplast disc is the Grym X. I used to throw Destroyers and letting them go was tough but I changed them for a heck of a disc! The Grym X likes to go straight with a little fade plus it has some glide too. I love how consistent they are, I can buy one off a shelf and count on it being just like my other Grym X’s. Other favorites have to be the Reko and Rask.
What is your best disc golf memory?
My best disc golf memory is actually from teaching disc golf. I had a summer job where I was an assisting P.E instructor for 6-13 year old kids and one club which I was a part of was a disc golf club! I had a great time with the kids and watching their skills develop was great. I also got to practice myself at the same time!
Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic
I can’t think of any “odd” talents but I used to play soccer and Finnish baseball when I was younger so I still own some skills in those sports. Well, Finnish baseball is kinda odd for a foreigner so I’ll call that my odd talent!
