What does your everyday disc golf routine look like?
As I tour, Mondays are often full of driving but all others consist of a practice routine that usually starts with stretching, a light workout, putting and fieldwork before hitting the course.
I like to mix in a lot of lefty backhand practice as well especially after a period of heavy right hand backhand use.
I conclude the day with more practice putting. Drive for show, putt for dough!

Tell us about your favorite Kastaplast disc?
The Svea. It’s flight can be shaped and it’s sensitive to release angle. It’s a disc I’ll use often through the woods on hyzer flips. It’s glidey and can fly beautifully for pro and beginner alike.

What is your best disc golf memory?
Cashing at the 2019 Canadian Nationals. I had been on the road on my first tour and all tournaments prior I hadn’t performed. I had traveled very far, and I didn’t play great all week, but I never gave up on myself and for the first time I cashed at an elite series event. It was an affirmation that my hard work will pay off and it helped me learn to forget all the bad that may have come before and to focus on the best possible now.

Name one of your odd talents, or, what you like to do when not throwing plastic
I enjoy longboarding, playing guitar, and baseball.
